Ingevity and its employees donate to United Way of Paducah-McCracken County

Ingevity employees presented a check on Feb. 5 in the amount of $4,778 to United Way of Paducah-McCracken County. This donation supports the organization’s focus on education, health and financial stability in the community. 

United Way of Paducah-McCracken County works to implement positive change by identifying the critical needs of the community and finding resources to address those needs. The organization leads the charge in removing obstacles that prevent hardworking individuals and families from getting ahead financially, improving an individual’s education, and  helping community members gain access to affordable, quality health care.

“Education, wellbeing and sustainability are Ingevity’s focus for charitable giving and volunteerism in the community,” said Dave Althouse, plant manager. “The mission of Paducah-McCracken United Way aligns with these pillars as we give back to the community in ways we can all be proud.” 

By working with partner agencies in the area to inspire hope and create opportunities for a better tomorrow, United Way of Paducah-McCracken County creates long lasting change.
